Meet Our Founder
Justin Walker
Justin Walker is the Founder & President of Corporate Genes. His insatiable desire for business leaders to champion processes and teams with clarity, fidelity, and consistency, while embodying indispensable character traits, fuels his charismatic approach to management consulting and hiring the most talented candidates.
Over the past 17 years, Mr. Walker has led dynamic teams in notable Federal agencies, including the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID, NIH), the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the Department of War, and served as a Squadron Commander in the Civil Air Patrol, the Official Axillary for the U.S. Air Force. Mr. Walker has consulted for over 14 education-based nonprofit organizations in the Maryland, D.C., and Virginia metropolitan area that has focused on the U.S. foster care system, adult education, permanent supportive housing, and first-gen college programs.
Mr. Walker is currently conducting academic research in supply chain management and finance while completing his Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) at Liberty University. Mr. Walker also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Healthcare Management from West Texas A&M University.
Key accomplishments include receiving the 2021 and 2022 performance awards from Dr. Anthony S. Fauci while working at the National Institutes of Health; designing state-level public health programs; balancing capital budgets up to $24 million; publishing technology- and skill-centered secondary school curricula; and training +200 leaders in employee relations and strategy.
